• Beginner to advanced classes are offered. We begin with a core program so you can build your foundation first and get physical results, then move to dance.
• “Dance” does not indicate a complicated choreographed routine. I want you to remember, I am not a dance professional-simply a dance enthusiast! Many self defense techniques are already dance-like, so when set to music, it feels like dancing!

• When you join as a member, you will become a part of a thriving online community that will encourage accountability.
• Our weekly emails offer workout schedules to follow along, so you will have a stress free guide on where to begin each week. I want to make this as simple and user friendly as possible!
• Because Core Strike offers direct communication with me, you will feel supported through all your wants and needs. This will help you stay focused and motivated.

• I strongly encourage learning through modifications, because an assault can occur at any time, so it is imperative you know how to move effectively in your current state of health.

• Need the motivation? Workout with a friend. If you have a roommate or workout buddy - do it together!

• Core Strike is created to compliment in person classes so you can continue practicing at home and make these techniques a daily habit.
• Also, it can be intimidating to join a class or workshop for your first time, so I want to act as the first step to learning basics to give you the confidence to join an in person class or workshop.
• Most workshops are one and done where an array of techniques are skimmed over before you gain full understanding.

That is what makes Core Strike so unique! Core Strike is first and foremost a workout program. You will have fun getting into incredible shape, and the bonus? You will learn self defense second hand through my skillfully thought out exercises. I’m going to Karate Kid “wax on wax off” self defense into your workouts!

• I offer simplified, summarized, and repeated explanations provided (rather than lengthy videos or short complicated instructions).
• Free courses offer little to no continued communication with an instructor after the class or workshop.
• I will keep you accountable, entertained, and up to date with the most effective real-life techniques!

• I am open about my past experiences so we can have a trusting coach-member relationship.
• I incorporate guest experts to cover other areas where I am not experienced.
