I'm Arielle!

 

From a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Self Defense Instructor, USA Boxing Coach, Golden Gloves Champion, to a USA Boxing Gym Owner, my journey has been fueled by my love for the rhythmic nature of combat sports.  I look, feel, and listen when creating and studying combinations. 

 

Combat sports entered my life in 2001. Dance became a hobby in 2011. I made the powerful connection between the two when I started my original Core Strike classes at a local fitness studio in 2017. Now you are able to enjoy and learn from my unique and successful program anywhere in the world!!

 

The greatest fighters and dancers have two things in common: a shredded core, and they make everything look easy! It's important to remember: this didn't happen over night. As Muhammad Ali said, "The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights." I am so excited to bring that same "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" mentality into your own fitness routines!
